The Vented Aluminum Go Kart Clutch Basket is a direct-fit replacement basket for Bully style clutches and gears used in outlaw kart, junior sprint, quarter midget and micro sprint racing. Machined from 6061 aluminum and black anodized, it is offered in one, two and three disk widths.
The vent slots pull heat out of the clutch pack, which is where premature friction and lever wear starts on tracks that build temperature. Even in cooler conditions the vented pockets strip rotating weight off the clutch, so the engine spins up quicker off the corner.
