Titanium floater plate for bully style clutches on outlaw karts, junior sprints and clone/Predator go kart engines. It is a direct replacement for the steel bully floater plate, offered in a full run of thicknesses from .056 through .098 so you can dial the clutch stack in exactly where you want it.
Made from grade 5 6AL-4V titanium. A floater spins with the clutch, so every gram taken out of it is rotating weight the engine no longer has to accelerate off the corner — and titanium handles the heat a working clutch puts into the pack better than steel while shrugging off corrosion between teardowns.
Thickness is the tuning knob here. Stepping up or down a few thousandths changes the air gap and stack height in the pack, which changes how the clutch engages and how it holds under load. Buy a couple of sizes on either side of your baseline and you can tune the clutch at the track instead of guessing.
