Three disk titanium upgrade kit for bully style clutches on junior sprints, outlaw karts and clone/Predator go kart engines. Use it to replace the steel parts in the clutch you are already running, or add a few more components and build a brand new three disk clutch from it.
Titanium in place of steel takes rotating weight straight off the crankshaft, and that is weight the engine has to accelerate every time you get back on the throttle. Titanium also runs cooler under the abuse a race clutch sees and will not corrode between teardowns the way steel internals do.
Our clutch design uses a separate stainless steel bearing race that lives inside the clutch basket rather than being attached to the drive hub. The small #4-40 button head allen holds the gear snap ring in place in the basket — without it the gear can rotate and pull out.
