These flanged aluminum lug nuts are built as a direct replacement for Three Quarter (TQ) midget lug nuts, and they run just as well in other applications that use a 1/2-20 wheel stud. Sold as a set of four, so one pack covers a corner.
They are machined from 7075 aluminum, the high-strength aluminum alloy, so you get a big drop in rotating weight without giving up the clamp load a race wheel needs. Weight taken off at the wheel is weight the engine never has to spin back up off the corner, which is why aluminum lug nuts are one of the cheapest places to find speed.
Each nut is anodized black to slow corrosion and keep a clean, finished look against the wheel face.
