This is the snap ring that retains the bearing race in the basket bore on Bully style go kart clutches used in outlaw kart, junior sprint, quarter midget and micro sprint racing. It captures the race at the snout end of the clutch.
Because our bearing race is a separate piece from the rest of the clutch, this ring is all that has to come out to service or replace the race. That makes a between-heats bearing swap a two-minute job instead of a full teardown, and it means a worn race never forces you to scrap a good basket.

Please make sure your end play is set as close to .030 inch as possible after installation. Sold as a snap ring only. Bearing race, clutch basket and clutch assembly are sold separately.
